The ground floor of the University Center has a messy secret. In one large corner, the walls are stripped bare, the cement ceiling is exposed, and miscellaneous renovation supplies and wires lay scattered everywhere. Welcome to the Underground. It used to be the main cafeteria on campus-that is, until the Millennium Student Center opened in the fall of 2000.
