Telepresence vs Access GRid

I've read about the difference beetween videoconferencing and telepresence but I still have doubts about the difference between teleprensence and access grid. I'm working on a friendly platform of access grid so I need to compare all the products already done for this propuse. Which may be the differences between chosing Cisco's Telepresence product or Access Grid Toolkit?
