DVE, WBS Connect, and Vidyo win "Best of Show" at IT EXPO

I saw big lines here at the wbsconnect (http://www.wbsconnect.com/) booth. I stopped by to witness 3D telepresence. The company calls it immersive and the way it works is with DVE (http://www.dvetelepresence.com/) technology which embeds the camera behind the screen so you maintain eye contact. In addition the 3D effect comes from a glass in front of the screen which has a special coating. This is similar to Teleprompter technology. This product is the future of telepresence in my opinion. And the booth won best of show.
