I think that it would be better to make different forums for differents areas instead of simply offtopic. Or maybe subforums in offtopic forum. For example to talk about internet related things, another about sports, one more for music for example.

Not only with offtopic, it would be good to have more telepresency forum about something specific.

But this is a forum about telepresence, not about games.

I would not be in favor of more forums. Keep it simple. Keep it on topic.
